Fixed Center Drive

Fixed Centre Drive Pulleys are used for a speed variation ratio of 1:7. Wide V belts are used for the drive. The speed is varied by fixed centre distance using variable speed pulleys on both driver and driven shafts. The driveR pulley is the Control pulley and the driveN pulley is the Spring loaded pulley. The sliding connection between the variable speed pulley hub and disks is through a coated round hub guide. No maintenance required, completely lubrication free.
